For over thirty years The Air Compliance Group, LLC has assisted industrial clients in obtaining air quality permits, performing compliance assessments, preparing annual emissions statements, development of compliance strategies, and resolution of non-compliance situations. When a need for a new process or facility arises, The Air Compliance Group, LLC can assist in obtaining the required regulatory permits, whether they be routine construction permits, Title V permits, or even PSD permits. In the event of a non-compliance situation, The Air Compliance Group, LLC can also assist in negotiating resolutions with the governing regulatory agencies, development of compliance plans, and implementation or oversight of such plans. The overall goal of all such activities embarked upon by The Air Compliance Group, LLC is to provide our clients with cost-effective and rational permit operating conditions and/or compliance plans that will lead to long-term compliance with all applicable air quality regulations.
